I started my journey in aesthetics because I was struggling with acne myself. I had been seeing an aesthetician, and while her treatments helped to some extent, I eventually felt like my skin was becoming resistant to the products I was using. I was always told to just keep using them. I don’t say this to criticize, but I wish she had taken a deeper look into my skin’s needs and explored other options with me. That frustration led me to take matters into my own hands. I enrolled in beauty school to study medical aesthetics, determined to understand my skin and finally heal it. It wasn’t a perfect journey—I broke out, I experimented, and I kept learning. But through it all, my skin has never been clearer, and I’ve never felt more confident.
